1 (Countdown 'til Christmas)

Well our Christmas countdown has come to an end, and although I did get behind on posting a few days. I am proud to say we were successful in doing our countdown and sure had a fun time doing it! We made the rest of our cookies today and decided to do the cookie idea again. Of course they just wanted to eat it, but it got them to sit still. :) Merry Christmas eve, from our family to yours!

Our visit with Santa

Well this is the first year we waited this long to go see Santa, and oh boy it was not so fun waiting an hour in line with the boys and my sleepy hubby who had to work last night. We did it though and I am sure glad we did. They were all so excited by the time we got to the front of the line, it was worth it! Here they are with Santa, Nolan had just fallen asleep he looks so Chubby, I love it!

5 (Countdown 'til Christmas)

Nevin decided not to help with 5 and I had the idea for him. Nolan was in his jumperoo and I figured ehhh... just throw the 5 on the jumperoo and a hat on Nolan and call it a day. So they are not technically the best. But they will do.

Got a bit behind on posting, Nicholas and Nathaniel went to spend some time with their Grandpa and Grandma in Indiana for the weekend so I had Nolan and Nevin to help. Here is our 6:

7 (Countdown 'til Christmas)

Only a week to go...I actually have pretty much all my shopping done too! A few more things need to be picked up of course but all the important stuff is done.

One thing he said that had me laughing pretty hard was, "It's SO hard to be good, being Naughty is a lot easier." HAAAHAA kids are grand!

8 (Countdown 'til Christmas)

Only 8 days til' Christmas, Nolan was sleepy! (looks like he is exhausted from Christmas shopping.) So just one, don't mind my horrible coloring job on the "8" Markers are not my friend!

9 (Countdown 'til Christmas)

Playing in the snow for our 9 Nathaniel loved this one because he got to use his writing skills, he can write better than me!

10 (Countdown 'til Christmas)

Got a little behind again so I will be posting them today. Here is 10!

He was so funny hopping around in it like it was a potato sack. He loved it!

12 (Countdown 'til Christmas)

Rudolph the red nose reindeer had a very shiny nose...You know the rest! Nathaniel is always more than willing to help, but getting his face painted made him even more willing!

13 (Countdown 'til Christmas)

Nothing creative, just the number written on paper. Sloppy too! Nolan was sleeping and I have been wanting to get some shots of him sleeping by the tree so I also took the chance to get the 13 photo.

We took our 14 pictures last night after dinner. Between cleaning up after dinner, dishes, and getting the boys ready for bed I forgot to post them. Oopsy! Nicholas was my helper and he wanted to do one with his Santa hat and his Elf hat from his school program.

Christmas Love

Just wanted to share this photo of Nathaniel being the great big brother that he is. He loves Nolan so much and can never hold him or kiss him enough.

Here are some snaps of the boys decorating our tree. The tree is so pretty it almost looks fake, which we tried one year. I just love the tree smell every time I walk into the room. Those sprays just don't cut it. So back to real tree's for us!
