A day without laughter is a day wasted...

Nathaniel went with me to the hobby lobby a few days ago to get more yarn for baby hats and blankeys. He asked if he could pick some yarn out to make a scarf and hat for him. Of course he picked the Camo yarn and had to help make them both. Pretty good at it too if I do say so myself. Well we finished the scarf today and he wanted his pictures taken with his matching set. He was cracking me up the whole time, which was great because I needed it!

Boots

Nevin loves to wear Chucks work boots. This morning I got a couple of pictures of him putting them on without him noticing me. I love how he is concentrating!



Don't mind the baseboards, it's not dirt I promise. There was carpet that got ripped up and the glue is there still. They need to be replaced.

No baby yet, Nolan has decided to take permanent residence. I am starting the eviction proceedings and hope he complies soon! :-P

Bad blogger

I know I have been a bad blogger the last couple of weeks. I haven't picked my camera up much and have been impatiently waiting on Nolan to arrive. I caught a cold this weekend and I am really hoping to kick it before he arrives. I just can't imagine feeling like this and going into labor. You know the saying "a watched pot never boils" Well I really wish people would stop watching my belly because if it's true in this case Nolan will be in there until he is 16. :P Anyhow hoping to have photo's of him the next time I blog or an update at least. Rain forest

Thought I would take some shots of some of my favorite things for Nolan. I am loving the rain forest collection we got. The colors are beautiful and I absolutely LOVE the little monkey! The other animals are precious too!

The highchair and jumperoo are still in the boxes as he won't be using them for a bit but the pictures on the box sure are cute. I am getting the open top swing put together as well. :) Chuck did a good job picking out the collection, he also loves the monkey!

I know, I know, I am supposed to be on maternity leave but I had a shoot with Holly this week, She is an actress and needed some new shots for her portfolio. She was tons of fun to work with and kept me laughing, here are a few of the images we got:

Catch of the day...

Chuck likes to fish in the mornings for a bit after he gets of work. Today Nevin woke up and saw him out there and decided that he would get himself dressed and go fish too!

I guess he still doesn't have the matching part down yet. :P But he sure is cute!
Of course I had to take a picture of one of the fish too!

In a day

Two of my boys marking big milestones in a day, Of course the pregnancy hormones don't help much with my emotions, but time just goes by too fast! Nevin is THREE today, My little guy has grown so much!

Cuddly, smiley, bouncy, energized, silly, goofy, clumsy, tough, playful, clever, sneaky, rough, curious, talkative, cheerful, jolly, macho, lively, noisy, upbeat, wacky, blue-eyed, bright, messy, quirky, sweet, loving, unique, precious, stud, little, adorable!

Nicholas started 1st Grade today, My little helper will be gone all day. I sure will miss all the conversations we have and questions he asks during the day. Of course he LOVES school and was way excited for it to start.
